Orders
I reserve the right to sell or not sell to whomever I please. This is my work, my store, and MY WORK. I reserve my right to NOT SELL AND CANCEL ORDERS TO RE-SELLERS/EBAYERS should you make yourself painfully obvious and blatant. Once a print is in your hands, its yours. Until the post office picks up the package and leaves the driveway, its mine. id much rather hold onto said order and sell it to someone who actually wants it.
UPDATED: november 28th 2011:
ANY questions or concerns about a TME STORE ORDER should be made to Christina at orders@tinymediaempire.com and not danieldanger@gmail.com. Daniel is NO LONGER personally handling TME mailorder, there is someone whos job that is now, and you want to talk to him.
Shipping & Returns
All shipping via USPS (USPS Air for international orders), packaged in Uline tubes. Allow 3-4 weeks for shipping.
UPDATED: november 28th 2011:
For International Customers: For large expensive orders ($100-200+) or particularly rare prints, I will insure the order with Stamps.com/USPS against loss or damage at my own cost and my own discretion. If the shipment is lost or damaged, I will file a claim and replace the prints. Insurance requires that the full value of the order be marked on the customs form, matched to the insurance form. The two numbers must be the same.
-We will add insurance if we think we need it. If we choose not to insure your order, and it gets damaged, I'll work with you to get you a replacement.
-However, if you choose to waive insurance on an international order, please email orders@tinymediaempire.com before or IMMEDIATELY after placing your order. If you specifically choose to waive insurance on an international order, TME is NOT RESPONSIBLE if your order gets lost or damaged, and will NOT replace it.
I know what a print looks like when its been damaged being removed from the tube because you tugged on it too hard, every printmaker does. Please dont try to pass that off as something that happened when it was being packed. Please be just as careful removing prints from the tube as we are putting them in.
I'm not responsible for tubes that don't make it to you because you moved, or you never picked it up from the post office, or you put the wrong suite number for your office on your order. Sometimes I get them back, most often I don't. If I do, it is months later. Please double check your order.
